Eid Dessert is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

Ingredients for Coconut and Saffron Halwa: Semolina - I used fine white semolina. You can also use coarse semolina/rawa/suji. In a saucepan add sugar and water, bring it to boil on medium heat. Semolina Coconut Halwa - Dessert Halwa First brown the semolina in the ghee.

Suji Ka Halwa (Sheera) is a simple Indian semolina pudding, made with semolina, sugar & ghee. This delicious dessert is prepared all over India, and has many different names. In North India, it is Sooji or Suji ka Halwa or Rava Halwa (rava is another name for semolina). Suji Halwa (semolina pudding)- A rich Indian dessert made using ghee and semolina, sweetened using sugar.

In a pan melt the butter and add semolina - Roast until golden brown - Add coconut powder and roast for one minute - Add milk and stir until all milk is absorbed - Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved and the butter leaves side - Halwa is ready. Transfer in a serving dish and decorate. - I have decorated with knife and garnished with pistachios. Please use your imagination and garnish with any fruits, fondant dry fruits etc.
