But I try to limit eating them out due to the MSG and large amount of sauces used. Mix soy sauce, chile sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and remaining cornstarch into onion mixture, stirring in water if mixture is too thick.

The ingredients needed to make Chili paneer:
  1. Take 1.200 gms Homemade paneer
  2. Prepare 2 .Soya sauce
  3. Make ready 3.100 gms spring onions
  4. Make ready 4-.3 Green capsicums
  5. Get 5 .Black pepper
  6. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  7. Make ready 1 tsp .Vinegar
  8. Make ready As required Red Chili Sauce
  9. Get as per taste .Salt

What is Chilli Paneer One of the favorite dishes from Indian Chinese cuisine is Chilli Paneer which is a vegetarian version of Chilli Chicken. In a typical Chilli Paneer recipe, the fried paneer cubes are tossed in a sweet, sour, spicy sauce. The paneer cubes can be coated with flours or batter coated and deep fried. chilli paneer is an Indo-Chinese starter recipe which is simply made by batter-coating and deep-frying paneer cubes which are further tossed with green chillies and spring onions and oriental sauces to make this really scrumptious treat. Instructions to make Chili paneer:
  1. In a bowl take 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 3 tablespoons refined flour. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger and garlic. Then to that add 1 /4teaspoon crushed black pepper powder and 1 /4teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  2. Add some salt as per your seasoning. To that add 1/2cup of water to make a smooth batter without having any lumps in it. In that add paneer cubes And coat the batter on it.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the coated paneer cubes till it gives beautiful golden red colour.
  4. In the same pan, no need to add more oil to that. Add 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger and garlic paste and 2 to 3 green chilis. Stir Fry it for a few mins. Then add 1/3cup of spring onions and stir it on a high flame for 1 to 3 min and then add 1/2cup of sliced capsicums and cooked it for 3 to 5 mins.
  5. Now that add 1/2cup of water and mix it well. Then add soya sauce And red chili sauce as per your requirement. After that add fried paneer cubes in it and mix it well.
  6. Switch off the flame and garnish it with leaves of spring onions. Your Chili paneer is ready. Serve it with Fried rice.
