  8. In the meanwhile heat oil for frying in a Sufuria. Take a knife and cut the mandazi into small pieces. This depends on the size of the mandazi you want.
  9. Start to fry the mandazis until golden brown in each side.
  10. Put in hot pot and cover tightly. Then eat later on.
