Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, gnochhi. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Gnochhi is one of the most well liked of current trending meals on earth. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Gnochhi is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

The ingredients needed to make Gnochhi:
  1. Make ready for dough
  2. Make ready potatoes
  3. Make ready maida
  4. Get salt
  5. Take black pepper
  6. Prepare for sauce
  7. Take tomatoes
  8. Take garlic clove
  9. Get onion
  10. Make ready paprika
  11. Get oregano
  12. Make ready salt
  13. Get soya sauce
  14. Get chilli sauce
Steps to make Gnochhi:
  1. Wash, and boil potatoes. Remove and peel skin. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mash until no lumps.
  2. Sprinkle flour onto clean surface. Spread potatoes onto the surface. Add 1 cup flour, and knead into smooth dough.
  3. When dough is formed, cut into equal parts. Take one part, roll into long cylinder of 1 inch thickness.
  4. Cut 1 inch pieces by a knife.
  5. Take a fork. Flip it over to the backside. Take one of the small pieces of dough, and gently roll over the backside of the fork. Do this until all gnochhi is formed.
  6. Bring water to a boil in a pan. Add salt. As water is boiling, add gnochhi to it. Gnochhi will be done when it swells and floats to top.
  7. Add cut tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped onion, and spices to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  8. Heat oil in a pan. Add blended sauce. Add in salt, oregano, soya sauce, chilli sauce and cook for one minute.
  9. Add gnochhi directly to sauce. Coat and cook for 1 minute.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
